Returns & Refunds

Because each OliveFaith item is made to order and personalised just for you, we’re not able to accept change-of-mind returns or offer refunds if you simply no longer want the item.
Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, and personalisation details before placing your order.
However, if there is a problem with your order, I absolutely want to make it right.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect
  • The product is incorrect (wrong item, wrong design, or wrong personalisation compared to what you ordered)
If any of these happen, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and the problem

Once I’ve reviewed your message, I’ll let you know whether a replacement or refund is the best next step.
Please note:
  • I cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders where the personalisation was entered incorrectly by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes in the name or text you provided).
  • I cannot accept returns for general wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.
