2. Products and Personalisation

OliveFaith offers personalised journals, prints, and related products made to order.
  • Colours and images: We try to display colours and designs as accurately as possible, but we can’t guarantee that your screen’s display will perfectly match the printed product.
  • Personalisation: You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, and text you provide are correct. We are not responsible for errors in personalisation that were submitted incorrectly in your order.
We may limit or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping

We use print-on-demand partners to fulfil and ship orders.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary by location and time of year.
  • Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays outside our control (customs, weather, carrier issues) are not our responsibility.
Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer, where applicable.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect
  • The product is incorrect compared to what you ordered
If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at olivefaithco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
  • Personalisation errors provided by the customer
  • General wear and tear or damage after delivery
